Origins Paintball Group Houston, LLC, doing business as TXR Paintball (“TXR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates TXR Paintball in Texas, United States.

This policy covers information we handle. Reservations, waivers, memberships, payment services, and embedded content may also be subject to the separate privacy policies of the providers operating those services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: names, email addresses, telephone numbers, event details, and messages you send through our contact form, email, telephone, or chat.
Reservation, waiver, and membership information: information you or an authorized parent or guardian submit through our service providers, including applicable participant details, guardian details, signed authorizations, booking preferences, and membership selections.
Applications: information you choose to provide through linked employment application services.
Technical information: information associated with website requests, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps, which hosting and embedded-service providers may process.
Chat information: messages you enter in our AI chat. Recent chat history and a session identifier may be saved in your browser’s local storage and remain there until that storage is cleared.
Photos and recordings: photographs or recordings of parties and park activities, subject to the permissions and opt-out practices described below.

Payment details entered on an external checkout are handled by that checkout service and its payment providers under their policies. Our website contact form and chat are not payment forms. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through them.

3. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries; arrange reservations and services; administer waivers, memberships, and applications; communicate about your visit; provide website and chat functionality; protect safety and security; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Promotional messages and promotional photography are subject to applicable permissions and your choices. Contacting us, booking a visit, or using chat does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.

4. Service Providers and External Services

The website uses or links to the following services. A provider receives the information needed for the feature you use; providers do not necessarily receive every category of information listed above.

Resarly: park services and information, electronic waiver forms, and linked employment application processes.
Vantora: online reservations and registration. Its checkout service and any payment providers it identifies handle information you enter there.
Membership sign-up platform at start.mylty.co: membership registration and related plan administration under that platform’s terms.
Replit: website hosting, technical infrastructure, and the AI service connection used by the website chat.
OpenAI: processing chat messages to generate AI responses. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for your question.
SendGrid / Twilio: delivery of website contact-form messages when that email delivery service is enabled.
Google Maps and YouTube: embedded maps and videos. Loading or interacting with these embeds may send information such as your IP address and browser details to Google and may involve cookies or similar technologies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Social media platforms: information you provide when following external links, interacting with posts, or using their services, under each platform’s own policies.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, protect people or legal rights, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. Necessary service-provider disclosures and your interactions with independent external services are described above. External services may have their own advertising and data-use practices; review their notices and settings.

5. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Embedded Content

Our website and external services may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for functionality and service operation. Our chat uses browser storage to retain recent conversations and a session identifier. Embedded maps and videos may use third-party cookies or other technologies under the provider’s policies.

You can manage cookies and clear site data through your browser settings. Clearing this site’s local storage removes its saved chat history from that browser, but does not automatically delete information already sent to us or a service provider. Disabling storage or third-party content may affect features. Use provider privacy settings for additional controls.

6. Party Photos, Promotions, and Photo Opt-Outs

Our waiver describes a practice under which party photos may be used for TXR promotions and social media unless you tell us you do not want that use. Any promotional use remains subject to the actual waiver, applicable law, and any required permissions. Simply visiting this website does not give us permission to use an identifiable photo of you for promotion.

To opt out, tell park staff before photographs are taken or email Help@TXRPaintball.com. Include the visit date and enough information to identify the participant or photo. A parent or legal guardian may make a request for a child. Permission for a minor must come from an authorized parent or guardian where required; silence alone is not a substitute for legally required consent.

We will honor photo opt-outs for future TXR promotional use and take reasonable steps to remove identified photos from channels we control when requested. We may not be able to retrieve printed materials already distributed or remove independent third-party reposts. Contact us even if a photo has already been posted so we can review the request.

Review the TXR participant waiver for the applicable photo provisions. An opt-out under this policy does not change separate safety or participation requirements.

7. Children and Guardian Information

Families and children participate in park activities, but this website is intended to be used by adults, parents, guardians, and organizers for inquiries and arrangements. It is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Parents or authorized guardians should manage a child’s registration, waiver information, and any required photo permissions. Activity age limits are separate from website privacy practices. If you believe a child has provided personal information online without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action under applicable law.

8. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including completing services, maintaining required records, addressing safety incidents or disputes, and complying with law. The appropriate period varies by record type. Service providers may have separate retention practices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to submit.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to certain uses; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. These rights may have exceptions, including records needed for legal obligations, safety matters, or disputes.

Email Help@TXRPaintball.com to make a request. Please identify the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority and will respond as required by applicable law. Please do not email passwords or full payment-card details.

You may use an unsubscribe option in a promotional message, where provided, or contact us to stop optional marketing. Necessary communications about an existing reservation, membership, safety matter, or privacy request may still be sent.

For information controlled independently by a booking, payment, social media, or other external provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly. We can assist with requests concerning information we control.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. A policy update does not retroactively authorize a new use that requires your consent.
