Welcome to TXR Paintball

A great place to book a paintball birthday party, church group, corporate get-together, bachelor or bachelorette party, or just come out and enjoy general admission by yourself or with a couple of friends near Cypress.

We cater to Houston paintball players of all levels. If you’ve never played before, we have rental equipment that includes everything you’ll need to play safely as well as a briefing from our experienced and friendly ref staff. There are also low-impact paintball games that are great for kids ages 8+ and first-timers.

Experienced players will enjoy TXR Paintball as well since we offer a good, fun competitive play on Sundays with quite a few other speedball and woods options for experienced scenario players as well. Don't forget to stop by our paintball store in Houston before coming out if you need to go shopping for new paintball gear!

TXR Paintball! Houston Area Paintball games was family owned, operated, and oriented until February 1, 2025! The new owner is a long time customer and local paintball player! A little history: Built on 65 combined years of paintball experience, Texas Rangers (TXR) Paintball was owned and operated by the owners and senior staff from Paintball U.S.A. until 2025. Regarded as one of the best fields in the country to play paintball at, Darrell and Kelly McNeill have brought their management style of running a field for players by the players to TXR Paintball and have again built a great environment for all styles of paintball play. We are proud to have passed the ownership on to John Jackson, a local paintball player and known paintball name in the community!

Lots of Big and small fields, lots of hiding spots, stocked up on paintballs and co2 for continuous play, and a great waiting area/map layouts. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stats is because our Ref, think his name started with a K, was a bit rude to our group. We weren’t doing or saying anything out of the ordinary and we were following all the rules, but it was little things that he would say under his breath or talking to us as if he knew us already. Not saying that he completely ruined our day as he kept us stocked and topped off with our ammo and guns, but if he were to keep things more professional in the future and not be so casual/negative, that’d be great.
