IF YOU BOOK FOR 5-9 PLAYERS( Main group/General Population Play):

What to expect when you arrive.
When you RESERVE your party you will arrive at the time you reserved. Approximately the first hour you will be waiting on all of your players to arrive, going through MANDATORY Orientation, filling out waivers if players have not done beforehand, getting your equipment, getting air, putting paint in your markers. When the Referees call “MAIN GROUP meet at the STAGE” and you are ready then head to the STAGE.   EXAMPLE: you pick a 9:00 a.m. reservation time. All players arrive at 9:00 (hopefully) and by 10:00 you are headed out to play or sooner if ready. *TXR will not begin your orientation until all of your players arrive*

1. What does the 5-9 Group Package get?
The 5-9 player Group Package comes with Marker (gun), Full Face Mask, Hopper, N2 tank, 500 Paintballs and unlimited play time in our MAIN GROUP (playing with others you don’t Know)

2. What if I have less players show up?
If you booked for 9 and say only 8 show up then you lose the $5 Booking Fee.

3. What if only 4 players show up?
Then you end up loosing the $5 from each person who did not show and then you end up in Regular Walk-In Rate or you can pay for the 5th player and get the paint that the 5th player would have received.

4. What if I have more players on the day of the event?
You will still be playing in the MAIN GROUP(General Population) with others you do not know. And the extra person will then pay $38.00 per player. Which is still the discounted rate.

5. What if I have more players decide they want to play after I have already booked and now I have enough to play private?
TXR needs to know 72 hours in advance by email(txrpaintball@gmail.com) that you would like to switch to the 10 or more players to get the private time. Also, your time may change if you want to play private.
IF YOU BOOK FOR 10-15 PLAYERS (PRIVATE PLAY TIME):

What to EXPECT when you arrive and HOW long will we be at TXR.
When you RESERVE your party you will arrive at the time you reserved. The first hour you will be waiting on all of your players to arrive, going through MANDATORY Orientation, filling out waivers if players have not done beforehand, getting your equipment, getting air, putting paint in your markers. EXAMPLE: you pick a 9:00 a.m. reservation time. All players arrive at 9:00 (hopefully) and by 10:00 you are headed out to play. At the end of the 2 hours you can do your Party Part.  Cake, Pizza, Presents etc. You can hang out for a bit.  We are not in a Rush for you to leave. *TXR will not begin your orientation until all of your players arrive*

1. What does the 10+ player Group Package get?
The 10 or more player Group Package comes with Marker (gun), Full Face Mask, Hopper, N2 tank, 500 Paintballs and 2 hours of PRIVATE play time.

2. Do we have our own Referee?
Yes, we assign you a referee for your play time

3. What if I have less than 10 players? Great Question! This one is Important!
If less than 10 players arrive then you will lose the $5.00 booking fee you paid for that person and you will have to switch to the 5-9 player rate and play in Main Group/General Population. OR you can pay for the missing players, still play private and still receive the paint as if they were still there.

4. What if we have more than 15 players?
You need to call or email (txrpaintball@gmail.com) and let TXR know that you have more players so that we can add an extra Referee to your Group. And to make sure we have enough equipment.

5. Does it cost extra for the extra Referee?
No, unless you are tipping the Referees. This is for safety.

6. What if I have more players decide they want to play after I have already booked?
Just let TXR know by email or phone call 72 hours in advance that you would like to add more. 1 or 2 is OK but anymore you must email (txrpaintball@gmail.com) or call.

 

GENERAL FAQ’S

1. What time should we arrive if playing Private?
The time slots are for 3 hours. First hour is Prep time. You will be waiting on your players to arrive, go through Orientation, get your equipment, Air, Paint  and then you will be playing for 2 hours. Pizza and Presents etc. to follow after play time.

2. What are we doing in the hour ahead of play time?
During this time you are filling out waivers if they have not already done so online, waiting on your late people, checking in and paying, ordering Pizza at this time if you wish, going through orientation, getting equipment, loading up paint and getting air.

3. What is the age limit?
SPLATMASTER- AGES 7-9
lOW-IMPACT- 9+
REGULAR PAINTBALL-10-110

4. What happens if we are late?
Then you will lose part of your play time. Another party is most likely coming in behind yours.

5. What happens if it Rains?
TXR still plays in the rain unless it is thundering and lightening. TXR will give Rain checks if you have only played for 1/2 of your party. It is best to call us the morning of to make the call.

6. Are Taxes included?
No, We Charge Tax when you arrive.

7. Is Alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is NOT allowed. Paintball and Alcohol don’t mix!

8. Can we bring outside Paint?
NO! We are FIELD PAINT ONLY (FPO). You will asked to leave if we see you using outside paint.

9. What kind of Paint do you provide?
We Provide Marbilizer and Evil. Booth are controlled colors. You will be asked to leave if we see you using outside paint.

10. Where do we get Waivers?
Both can be found on our Website OR TXR has a KIOSK at Park.

11. What forms of payment do you take?
We take CASH, VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX. No Checks accepted.

12. What should we wear?
Old clothes, anything you don’t mind getting dirty. Tennis Shoes or Boots. Wear clothes according to weather. Some like to wear a baseball cap to protect the back of your head. You can always layer up and take layers off it you get hot.

13. Are you an OUTSIDE or INSIDE Facility?
Everything is outside in our STAGING AREA except for CHECK-IN. Check out our Gallery/Facebook Page/YouTube for pictures and videos.

14. Do you have tables and Chairs?
We have approx. 50 picnic tables. Some are covered and some are not. We also have lots of trees. It is like going to the park for the day. Feel free to bring lawn-chairs etc if you don’t like sitting at picnic tables.

15. How long do I have if I need to change the date?
You must let us know 72 hours in advance if you need to change anything. Or lose your Booking Fee

16. Can we bring decorations?
Absolutely!

17. Can we bring food/drinks and cake?
Absolutely!

18. Can we order Pizza with you?
Absolutely! We order from MARCOS (YUM) or Papa John’s. It is $13 for a large 1 topping. This fee covers their delivery fee and tip. You pay us and we pay them.

19. Do you sell Goodie Bags or anything for the Birthday child?
Yes, We have a Paintball Party Pod which is a Paintball POD filled with Candy, a lanyard and stickers for each child at $5.00 each. We also have VERY COOL FLAG FOR the Birthday Child at $5.00

20. Can we bring our own equipment?
YES, but must have a Barrel sock or you must purchase one as soon as you arrive.
